Skill: Extend Holy Radiance and Aspects duration to combat non-renewal

With Holy Radiance expiring without renewing itself near the end of it's duration during periods of intense cloak swapping (See bug report: Video where Holy Radiance silently turns itself off 3 times ) and with there being nothing in the code that would cause this, I would like to request that Holy Radiance's and Aspect of the Eagle/Ox/Lion/Ascended's durations be extended to 15 minutes to match the Cloaks. (I have also observed this behavior with skills like Aspect of the Eagle: at the end of a hunt the aspect would be missing from my status bar) This would improve gameplay quality of life by making it so that Holy Champions don't have to check to see if their skills have turned themselves off and then pay the reactivation fee.

Good suggestion, it'll be in the next patch. We are no closer to finding whatever mystical voodoo causes some timed statuses to silently switch off.
