Sorry, you have released a character within the last 24 hours. You must wait at least 24 hours between releases.
Eliminate this. Come on.

The 24-hour limit is there to keep people from keeping an endless cycle of alts going around the clock by cycling them in with infinite releases/reclaims.
If we do away with it, we need some other way of preventing the above possibility. One thing that’s been floated in dev is some sort of resource penalty (slower AP gain? Reset to a lower AP amount?) for being in a released state as a character. We’re certainly open to ideas, but the underlying issue needs to be addressed one way or another.

Limit reclaims instead of releases? All I'm trying to do throw my broken toys in a bin, but this always turns it into a weeklong odyssey of rage.
Reset and Create should not (probably?) be limited at all unless someone is thinking more creatively about the powers of lvl 1 mortals than I can.

Does the Feb 10 change so relead characters no longer regen AP or MP address the concern?

I would say so. However, some small delay would probably be prudent so a roommate with a grudge can't remove all your dudes from all the factions in one go. I'd say lower it to an hour.

This will be an hour after the next patch.
