Characters with a higher tier than you show their class, and not their name. To save time on clicking on their profile, make it so their name appears when scrolling over, like how character class appears on characters whose names are displayed.

If you click on their "class name" the name of the character appears on the attack pane, which is not optimal but still better than hovering over the names for a few seconds

Would prefer that names are just shown always, obfuscating the name is confusing IMO. I know the reason was lore-ish that mere mortals can't comprehend higher powers/tiers of character, but also the actual name is shown in enough places that it just seems silly.

Devs already have plans to just do away with the hidden-names feature. It was cool for two months in 2008 and isn't cool now.

As of the next patch, you'll be able to view character names at any level.
