Invisible Barricades?

Purgatorio; I was moving from tile 13,9 cannot move into 12,10. I received a message received Barricades block your passage; you cannot move in that direction! No barricades visible at its touching locations from 13,9. Moved west and south circling the area, unable to find erected barricades that would prevent that move . I was able to move from 12,10 to 13,9 though.

I have noticed that barricades seem to be broken with respect to diagonal movement, although I haven't taken the time to test exactly what's going on. I think if you try to move diagonally onto a tile, the barricades are checked on the wrong sides. This can lead to some very unintuitive behavior, e.g. in Elysium sometimes barricades facing the edge of the map prevent diagonal movement onto a tile.
