Mystic Vigor / Arcane Sink

My Wizard used Mystic Vigor under the impact of Arcane Sink.

They had 12ap / 6mp, got the below message and ended up with 13ap/5mp

- You feel your magic drained by the very ground in this site as you take actions in this area. You have lost 1 MP. (2022-10-03 19:00:28).
- You focus your mystic energies within yourself, calling forth a burst of vigor and energy in your body. (2022-10-03 19:00:28).

I know it was very close to the tick but the action occurred at 19:00:25 so after the game tick at 19:00:13

I had guessed I would end up with 13ap and -1mp but I seemed to have not been changed at all for the MV usage?

Tried again under same conditions and I went from 14ap/7mp to 15ap/0mp as expected.

This is another variant on the bug that is the reason why negative MP was enabled.

Since negative MP was enabled, this should no longer be an issue.
