Infusion Achivement at wrong milestone?

Thought the announcement was, lifetime infuse badges were now at 10k and 20k.

What I thought it should look like:

- You have earned the Standard Bearer badge! (2023-07-15 11:28:32).
- You have earned the City Planner badge! (2023-07-15 11:28:32).
- a floating terror has earned the City Planner badge! (2023-07-15 11:28:32).
- You have unlocked the seventh Degree (Degree G) of enlightenment regarding the secrets of the Nexus. You gain 30 CP! (2023-07-15 11:28:32).

So that's step 4 badge with global announcement...but somehow that character now only needs 4 more badges top the next circle.

Now on to:

- You have unlocked the sixth Degree (Degree F) of enlightenment regarding the secrets of the Nexus. You gain 30 CP! (2023-07-17 17:25:53).

Oops, step 3, no global announce but they earned an achievement.

I scanned a bunch more characters and did rough achievement counts. People with over 5k infuse mostly have one more achievement than their stats would indicate, unless infusion is popping at 5k.

There's a pending change that should head off this issue in the future at least.
