Holy Transfer of Shadow Wrap disallowed from hiding

While hidden On Artemis Smith, I attempted to cast Shadow Wrap on another (unhidden) character. I was told that I could not cast it on them because I was hidden.
After breaking hiding, I was able to cast it on them as I intended.
Bonus bug: If I cast Reveal after hiding someone else, I can see them and am able to cast Shadow Wrap again, which works. (But only if I'm not also hidden.)
