Cleaved Portal target list duplicated

clash.php?op=character&id=5386 APC has Portal Cleaving, and Wormhole technology.

APC wanted to save some AP and tried Cleaving a portal, noticed that the target list was duplicated on Cleave Portal dropdown menu. I don't remember it being duplicated when I only had Portal Cleaving.
