affinity potions not stacking with aura boosted touch spell

For some reason, touch spell + aura + affinity only gives +6 damage total.
Can confirm this happens:
Additionally, it seems to be similar to aura-boosted touch spell ward-bash bugs, in that order of operation matters.
I deal 22 points of damage base, with deep spellcraft frostbite.
- You attack the ward with your Frostbite, dealing 22 points of arcane damage. The impact is absorbed with a resounding thud and the ward seems to ripple a bit. (2022-04-28 11:38:50).
After drinking a cold affinity potion, I deal 3 more damage as expected.
- You feel an inner warmth spreading through you, protecting you from cold. You will be resistant to cold damage while under the effects of the Cold Affinity potion. Attacks you make that deal cold damage will have their damage increased by three points. (2022-04-28 11:38:52).
- You attack the ward with your Frostbite, dealing 25 points of arcane damage. The impact is absorbed with a resounding thud and the ward seems to ripple a bit. (2022-04-28 11:38:55).
But after casting my aura spell, I lose the affinity potion bonus. (I should have 22 + 3 + 6 = 31 damage, I only have 22 + 6 = 28 damage.)
- You feel a chill about you as the magic causes the air around you to flash with ice crystals. You can feel the potential hanging in the air, waiting to be discharged. (2022-04-28 11:39:02).
- You attack the ward with your Frostbite, dealing 28 points of arcane damage. The impact is absorbed with a resounding thud and the ward seems to ripple a bit. Swirling icy energy reinforced this attack! (2022-04-28 11:39:04).
