Nexus Clash

I've noticed this happening on a few of my characters and factionmates ever since the conduit endgame was added. Sometimes the option to take a wormhole just doesn't appear.

I have enough mana to use the wormhole and I've tried stepping in and out of the building.

The picture below is from charid 7372.

This happened today to Altisidora when Interplanar Brigade opened wormhole to Oblivion Squadron stronghold. Wormhole was opened and other raiders were able to step through, but the portal never appeared for Altisidora. Wish I had more to share, but that's the story. Tried to open game in both Chrome and Firefox, same result.

- Kamael made a few eldritch gestures and stabbed a finger through the air in this location. With a blue flash of energy, the air shimmered and cracked open, revealing a portal to another location. (2022-05-17 18:30:40).

This happened today to 13469. I saw the button initially, but it disappeared when I refreshed the page, and a factionmate also couldn't see the portal after that.

There's a pending fix for this that will be in the next patch.
