Mark of the Wendigo is not functional

As the only Doom Howler in the nexus with this skill I am sad to report that it doesn't work a all. Or I'm really oblivious. There's no way to see your marks once they've matured, let alone intel on their location, nor is there any call button to allow me to holler for them to come my way. I was really looking forward to making some mischief like this. Please send help.

Unfortunate. I was planning on learning it on buff toad possibly after playing with my skills
Guess I'll wait until it's fixed

All of this sounds like intended behavior. It doesn't tell you when marks mature by design, and you only know when a marked person can be called or is in the area when they're actually nearby (read: in a tile within range of your map view).
It is definitely something that could be improved.
