Spellgem Affinity not working

Spellgem Affinity not working

Rolled spellgem affinity, tried to recharge spellgems on 12555, cost full recharge cost when recharing manually and when connected to a font.

This mechanic was removed due to overall spellgem changes so I'm towing this to closed reports.
