Nexus Clash

Observed on Kwazirr - clash.php?op=character&id=13420

I was recently blessed by Cormorant with Spellgem Affinity which is supposed to halve the costs of recharging spellgems. It did not do as stated.

Spellgem Affinity is effectively useless now that its base effect is normal for all spellgem users. It'll be removed from the Prayer result rolls in the next patch.
