Reprisal speed issue

Recent death - doesn't look like pets responded (were not on passive) outside healing for the first several pet ticks of the encounter.

I was the attacker, I seemed to only trigger pet attacks if attacking the pets individually, and only once per attack, none on the pet ticks. Attacking the LS triggered no attacks whatsoever (i thought they were passive, but weren't).

Pets were failing to get aggro. This has since been fixed.
