Not receiving extra AP

Character has not been in SH for a while now but stopped receiving the bonus AP from sleeping outside of the SH.
Quick search through my logs has this as the very last time I got the extra AP, about 2 days ago:
- You feel invigorated. You regain an extra Action Point. (2022-10-29 15:00:15).
No messages since then for the extra AP. Another character I have that is sleeping outside of their SH is getting the messages (and presumably the AP) as normal up until now.
Log dump below of the relevant time and roughly the few hours after, it seems like the update happened slightly after when I got my last extra AP and then it stopped completely.
