One-off titan pet summon button incorrectly greyed out

My Elementalist has Summon Cirri, Summon Sylph and Summon Hurricane and has 29 MP and 2/3 Cirri summoned and no other pets. The buttons to summon a Cirri and Sylph appear correctly, but the button to summon a Hurricane is greyed out. Hovering my mouse over the Summon Hurricane button displays the message that it has a Max of 1 summoned. I do not have a Hurricane currently summoned, but the button blocks me as if I did.
