I cannot enchant an item with holy despite being on a holy font in Elysium.

The enchant option does appear in the dropdown menu, however.

Just to add that being Strongly attuned + having evil morality + being part of an evil faction, also doesn't solve the issue.
(I had Walter join POR to test this)

I believe Nova coded some stuff to fix this, that is either pending or already active on the live game.
