Discounted transmutation still requires at least 5 MP

Conduit who is Strongly attuned to Primal Matter still needs at least 5 MP for transmutations, even though the cost is only 3.
Looks like the issue here is that this works on component transmutation but not crafting material transmutation.
It'll be fixed in the next patch.
