So I saw this NPC, trying like they always do to drown itself in shame over what a twisted, pathetic mockery of a real player it is... But something was strange about this one. (And no, I don't mean that an admin logged on as it to try to mess with us)
It has 3 acid soak and 4 arcane soak; 1 and 2 from Divine Armor, boosted by 2 each because of Fractured Vessel. And angel and a demon, all-in-one! On top of this, I had just gotten Nita's (clash.php?op=character&id=13649) MOR up over 20 when I found the Pope. And yet, against all logic and reason, assassinating the Pope did not provide extra leeway and in fact left her with only about 10 MOR; the Fallen had Fallen without ever actually Falling to negative MOR. Yet... it was still benefitting from its demonic tier 3 skill.
I'll admit, if I'd known what a perversion of all that is good and natural this NPC was going to be, I might've blasted it anyway; that's my privilege as one of the featherless followers of Good. Popes are evil, no matter what the E-meter (or whatever) says. But many of our feathered friends are in for a much more unpleasant surprise when they try to gank this paradoxical abomination.
Chanced upon Kolton again. I've got 4 Holy soak this time. (clash.php?op=character&id=13644)- You attack Kolton Pope with your Shocking Dart spell and hit for 1 points of electric damage. You started a combination attack! His armor soaked 4 points of damage. You gain 1 XP. (2023-03-18 03:38:16).

- You attack Kolton Pope with your Earth Wail spell and hit for 10 points of impact damage. You dealt 1 more damage from a combination attack! His armor soaked 4 points of damage. You gain 10 XP. (2023-03-18 03:41:37).
He's still got "Good" MOR. Moreover, he doesn't seem to actually have Shadow Dirk at all, in either his 2nd or 3rd skill lists. Are those just for show?
