Pet rejuvenation blessing doing nothing

https://nexusclash.com/clash.php?op=character&id=15109 requested a Magic Blessing from factionmate https://nexusclash.com/clash.php?op=character&id=12539, with this result in the log:
- You petition TheGoof to pray to the Elder Powers for a blessing on your behalf.(2023-03-23 08:50:44).
- TheGoof laid hands on you and bestowed you Blessing of the Animals. You feel the boon of the Elder Powers rejuvenate the soul of your pet, . Your pet has been rejuvenated!(2023-03-23 08:50:44).
However, no pet was rejuvenated:

There's a working fix for this in the next patch.
