Excommunication from Advocate blessings cannot be removed

Running into an issue where, per the title, my Elementalist was excommunicated by two Advocates in the past, who now cannot remove that excommunication. It apparently shows that the Ele is in good standing after reallowing blessings, then reverts back upon page refresh.

The Ele was likely excommunicated via killing the Advos as a Lich in the past before resetting, if that's relevant.

I believe, as per Kandarin's message on #is-this-a-bug on our Discord server (see the Chat button on the top of the page), that he managed to deliver a hotfix.
