Pets attacking flying chars, also pet tick not working.

Observed on my char Scylla (https://www.nexusclash.com/clash.php?op ... r&id=16049), it seems that pets that are not supposed to attack you while flying are still attacking you. Also I had like 15 wasps on me and they weren't attacking anyone.
