how does it work to travel the water? i activate the cloak and it still costs 2 the cross open water i am very confused?

Bug, moved to bug forum, also should have fixed it just now and is awaiting deployment.
Don't like someone but can't be bothered to do the dirty work yourself? Hire RED!
