Weapon; Can't repair chainsaw at factory?

See title! It's a worn chainsaw, repair + smithing are available. I think I could even repair it earlier?
I'm sorry if I'm the regular chainsaw-question-haver. But, as per usual, feel free to let me know if this is WAD. Thanks!

Due to various issues, up until recently the chainsaw has been neither craftable or repairable (possibly they were craftable but not repairable). I believe it should be craftable currently, and a pending change for the next game update is that they will become repairable once again.
