Nexus Clash

As seen on character ID 8673. Clicking on the 'End all Holy Champion Powers' option stopped cloaks of Steadfastness, Vengeance and Ineffable but did not stop the Immance cloak. Possibly an oversight as few people take Immanence?

Looks like the bug is specifically with Winds Immanence, because of a typo in the turnoff code. There's a pending fix for this for the next patch.
