Reset character still gets messages from Conduit endgame

I recently reset my Conduit, Abby Honeycutt. However, despite being reset, she still received this message earlier today:
She doesn't actually have this bonus active, fwiw, and does alchemy like any other Shepherd does.You can feel your connection to the primacy of matter strengthen! Your full ability to manipulate matter has returned! (2025-03-14 13:30:35)
