Liemannen needs a Bullhorn

Liemannen seems to have misplaced his standard issue CCC Bullhorn and needs to get one ASAP before CCC notices and punishes him. Liemannen promises to pay with a blank IOU note of one (1) service, Bullhorn giver may fill in the service task and date when it is wanted, but it is one use item only.

We got one over at Raggeds, and as the name suggests, we can part with it for no fee, as we are philantropists.
