Ragged Philanthropists World Tour

The Ragged Philanthropists, patrons of hospitality and Nexal generosity since time mostly-immemorial, have had a rather idyllic existence making snacks and Wheels in the picturesque Elysian town of Ashavan for many months. However, we're a faction devoted to friendship and helping others, and being in the remotest corner of the world doesn't quite fit that! So with the new changing of the world that allows factions to have visitors, we're hoping to come to you - in the coming days (Weeks? We're not sure) we'll be going on the road to explore the world and get to know...everyone. If at all possible.

This probably raises some questions, such as...

How can you help?

Heals, mana, buffs, alchemy, enchants, more pet cover, just having someone to discuss the crazy apocalyptic war we live in...it depends on which Raggeds want to come and we don't know that for sure yet. I'll probably be reshuffling my build as we travel and others might too. We'll try to help as we can. Some of the stuff we can do is pretty strongly skewed toward Good factions (and as our current allies, they may get visited first), but we don't want to limit destinations to just Good factions.

Will you still have a stronghold?

Definitely! We all like having our safe...somewhere...and not every Ragged will want to travel. Our doors remain open to allies and Raggeds who would like to chill out in our idyllic Elysium home.

When are you visiting my faction?

We'll try to let you know (and say something in this thread or Diplomacy) when we're going to head your way. Let us know in this thread if you actually want to attract visitors and we'll try to visit you earlier. Some factions don't want visitors, or don't want us specifically as visitors, and we can respect that.

Do you have to be a Ragged Philanthropist to join in?

We're hoping that others will join in! We'll be shuffling our diplomacy to try to accommodate people's ward security needs, and it'll be easier for faction members following along.

- Katerina Hasheen of the Ragged Philanthropists

The Circus Apocalyptica is always welcoming patrons of the arts!
Feel free to stop by Centrum to meet Proud Flare's pride, the artists and imps, and the rest of the menagerie.

As a member of the Ragged Philantropists, Peter Coleman would be happy to create fonts wherever needed for the Factions we're visiting. All available except Holy and Unholy.

Fantastic! Since you were the first invite, you're the first stop! We will be on our way over!

"The denizens of the Winchester are always looking for drinking sesh and lock-in partners. Do come down for a pint or seven. We'll even make sure the door staff have your names down"

Circus Apocalyptica have been fantastic hosts! We saw Priseth's chain devil's-dance, Elsha's flock of majestic animals, Roy's pyrotechics and Ayn Rand's...philosophical gymnastics. Meanwhile Aval learned how to talk in living color, Aristobulus did not develop an inside voice, Peter Coleman set fire to a gas station (in a good way) and Sofia figured out that Presto is still in there...somewhere.

This has been a spectacular visit to the circus! We thank them for their hospitality and will be off for a pint at the Winchester.

Me Toad sorry about collateral damage of countably finite number of angel lives during Toad party/revenge action at Winchester today. Well "sorry" wrong word. Right word is "not-sorry". For further discussion of this point, please come visit Toad Habitat sometime, We Toad promise to eat big meal -before- you arrive.

Yarr! We pirates would like to invite our old baker friends from across the pond to a cruise aboard the The Black Freighter. When ye crew be ready to explore the Upper Panacea we shall parley for a good ol’ ship rave.

The Ragged Philanthropists had a fascinating visit to Avengers of Harmony Falls! The Winchester is famously both cozy and exciting, and we witnessed four different raids (two of them by our own allies...), got an education on the importance of bad art and a protein-heavy diet from Mr. Lock-Chayne and learned the revelation that Annie Baker is watching over the throne of Centrum for another even greater power. Juanita tried to sell soul-selling devil deals to devils. I tried to convert pretty much everyone in sight back to moral...neutrality...and mostly failed (but you can't fault me for trying).

Next we'll be visiting the mad-science research station of the Toad Men of Illagoth, who graciously invited us over to visit!
