Don't be shy, requests aren't selfish. In general, people like being useful, so requesting that someone join your faction when you might need them is good.

It might seem natural to setup a trade, since then both factions are winning something out of it.
But this way there are no expectations on either party.

Scales of Namm could use a Lightspeaker. We're near a pharmacy, hospital, library, factory and close to a Cordillera portal.

The Outsiders could use the presence of a summoner or basher as well. We have an abundance of tanks and have a pretty solid logistics game going.
