Nexal Arena Shard Deathmatch Questions

Ok. I have two quick questions --

1) Do we need to reset our character to level 1 before we walk through to the plane, or will walking through the plane reset us?

2) For characters who are the sole member of their faction, will entering the Deathmatch cause their faction to drop to 0 or will they remain a member of their faction for when they return to the main plane?

1) Only characters who are already Level 1 may enter. The portal will remove vassalage and faction membership but will not reset people.

2) The portal will remove faction membership period, which will cause a faction to drop off if the last member leaves. If you are founder of your faction, rejoining it later will make you leader as per preferential founder mechanics.

True Neutrals >lvl 10 do no infusion under any circumstance. Why don't they subtract from whatever infusion a tile has, of any "Elder-power" alignment?

To incentivize committing to a side and make the territory war fully opt-in in the arena.

You can opt out of committing to a side, but you're opting out of the conflict between those sides.
