March 2024 Patch Refunds Megathread

Hey, so we're aware that the latest round of changes, while needed, shuffled things for some folks who probably should get to shuffle skills right away instead of having to reroll skills for effectiveness. In particular:
- Elementalists with conflicting-element summon trees
- Void Walkers, Doom Howlers and Redeemed who need to sell stuff to buy Destructive Blow
- Behemoths who no longer have a use for Blood Taste
