Would becoming a Pariah eject me from the unaligned clan I am currently in?

Would a mortal becoming a Pariah, while in an unaligned clan, eject him from said clan?

Yeah, Unaligned are strictly Neutral classes only

Yes, it would remove you from your faction and move you to the Legions of the Abyss. Afterwards you would only be able to join Evil factions - unless you went Redeemed at Level 20 in which case you would be limited to Good factions.
