Weapons: Snowballs

With the winter season coming around, what better way to celebrate it than with snowball fights? Spawning in a similar way to heavy items, they can be "picked up" outside where it's been snowing outside, and are a thrown weapon that deal 1 Cold damage. Outside of seasonal appearances, they could also be found in appropriate locations like Mountains or Frozen Wastes.

Canonically, Cordillera does not experience snow. However, with the holiday season right around the corner, I can't imagine the Nexus doesn't find a way to bring a little holiday spirit to our favorite biodome.

The internal of the biodome has artificially regulated environment, so the machinery that does it could hypothetically be hacked to start producing snow. And even if not, there are probably multiple refrigerators scattered among buildings, which could also be repurposed for such event.
