UI: Defensive Glyphs Don't Show in Weapons Menu

What it says on the tin- make it so glyphs of slowing/protection/pain don't show up on the weapons menu, since they aren't actually attacks.

Can you disable them in your weapons menu?

I can't reproduce this issue so clearly it was addressed long ago.
