Gameplay: Zerg Flag Aborts Actions
If you take an action that would activate the Zerg Flag, abort the action instead of auto-failing. Cuts down on frustration with accidental triggers, plus a big red message telling you the action isn't allowed better communicates the issue anyway.

promoting because this is really a matter of consistency if it can be done easily
