Skill: Stygian Fury tweak

Given how MP deprived VWs and even Pariahs have seemed for as long as I've played one (I don't really know about DHs and IBs, though I would think at least IBs experience the same issue), having Stygian Fury generate MP faster would be a great buff.

Would suggest going from +1MP/-1HP to +2MP/-3HP per status tick. That would not only give a significant increase in Pariah's ability to generate MP but also force them to find ways to heal themselves more often, which I believe fits the class well. It would also be very demon-like to be able to trade HP to MP in a less efficient manner.
