Flavour text for skills

Not sure if anyone remember in the old days, but there used to be some flavour text/stories that are attached to various skills. I found an example for "Summon Hurricane" to illustrate what I'm referring to.

"The Advocate, though tired and hurt from a previous battle, dropped from the sky behind the evil mortal, a stern frown on her face. Her eyes glowed, and then twin beams of holy energy lanced out and raked across his shoulders, vaporizing his shirt and burning his flesh black. He shrieked and spun, rage twisting his features.

"I'm sorry mortal," she said, "but you're too lost in the dark to let live." Holy energy lanced out again, leaving him scarred and whimpering.

Then he shouted something, and his hair stuck straight up and twisted violently, as if he were in a stiff breeze, and sparks flew off his fingertips. She paused. He grinned and pointed up. She hesitated, and then looked above her.

Dropping toward her was a great funnel of whirling cloud; bolts of lightning crackled back and forth across its center. She had no time to move before it slammed down on her. The funnel grew several shades darker as it sucked up debris; and a dim holy radiance spiraled up the funnel before fading away.

The Elementalist continued on his way, humming in satisfaction; the Hurricane followed, leaving wreckage in its wake."

Will there be a plan for such flavour text to be included in the Wiki? This is really a backburner kind of suggestion that we can think about when there's time i guess?

This very much seems like something anyone could go and add to the wiki.

Maybe not like, "just add to the wiki", I remember in the NW forums there were like, polls and stuff for which skill flavor text should go on the wiki page. Maybe do something similar?

that sounds like a wiki /talk page with extra steps
say, you want to add flavor to wiki/Eye_of_Judgment, you could discuss it on wiki/Eye_of_Judgement/talk

That sounds like a good idea.. let me go mull over which skills i'm interested to start with then! Thanks!
