Ex-Shepherd Fallen Empyreal Bond Respawn sends to Stygia

Empyreal Bond seems to be sending ex-shepherd fallen to stygia.

Log (not sure how to show this, aside from spawning next to The Shockmaster who many may now from Stygia):

- You attack The Shockmaster with your Firegout spell and hit for 23 points of fire damage. His armor soaked 5 points of damage. You gain 23 XP. (2022-04-29 17:40:42).

Sounds obvious but, d'you have a pact or something active? Those override Bond and Transcension
