Item: make Secret Ingredient foods non-degradable

Doesn't really seem worthwhile to carry Secret Ingredient foods around at all. Got given 4 of them and I didn't get the opportunity to use any of them. Within a week all broken or enchantment in them lost.

Maybe they would last better if I had anything else breakable on my inventory, but alchemy components and potions (which are unbreakable) are already weighting me down too much. So with nothing else which could break, the Secret Ingredient foods get shafted.

Would be nice if Secret Ingredient foods were like potions, non-degradable.
