While it's pretty descriptive, at the moment just turning into "ex-classname" is kind of... well, boring.
I would like to propose these changes, though the exact names could be debated:
Ex-Pariah; Renamed to Paragon
Ex-Defiler: Renamed to Custodian
Ex-Shepherd: Renamed to Deserter
Ex-Paladin: Renamed to Blackguard
Just imagine being a Paragon Redeemed, or a Deserter Fallen.

Re: Classes: More flavorful t2 turncoat names
I like the idea of renaming turncoats, but these names don't seem particularly fitting to the classes.
I'd go for
Ex-Pariah: "Repentant" as someone who has found their way back to the flock
Ex-Defiler: "Pilgrim", as someone who has walked a long path of self-sacrifice for others
Ex-Paladin: "Deserter" would fit as someone who abandoned the holy armies, but "Exile" sounds better
Ex-Shepherd: "Cultist", as a shepherd who's led its flock astray
