The "corporeal form" action throttle/warning currently causes other panes to move down to make space for it, which is jarring and can result in accidental clicks elsewhere.
Suggest it be moved or otherwise displayed in a less intrusive way so it doesn't push pane position down.

Feature was implemented, throttle message now appears as a floating div and does no longer push panes down
