Elementalist: Child of the Elements HP Regen

In it's current implementation, Child of the Elements healing via leylines is completely blocked by Sorcerer's Might being active.

- The elemental power flowing through this place is unable to heal you due to the effects of Sorcerers Might.

Rather than being completely blocked allow the healing to tick down SM.

I think any source of regen should reduce SM duration like healing does, for consistency.

It actually does this now, but there are two issues:
* It doesn't tell you about it, instead looking like a failure (as above)
* It was reducing duration by a flat amount - three minutes every time.

For next patch, it'll reduce SM duration by a number of minutes equal to the amount that would have been healed, and will tell you about the reduction.
