More notifications/xp for support classes doing support things

Per Discord discussion:

-Conduits should get xp/notification whenever someone uses their portals (with a note as to who used it)

-Other thoughts are being workshopped as I write this, but this one has the Kandarin Imprimateur at least.

-Enchanter gets notified when a weapon they enchanted makes a kill (brought up on discord)

-I think Hands of the Healer might not give notifications of healing when a character petitions or receives a matrydom blessing, as opposed to the advocate delivering it directly.

As of the next patch, Conduits will be notified (and receive 5 XP) whenever someone who is not the Conduit uses a cloven portal or wormhole.

I'm going to keep this thread here for now instead of towing it to Implemented Suggestions right away because it's a good topic for other ideas.

Bonus XP and a notification message for finishing forts or for bringing a ward down? Stats tracked for wards/glyphs destroyed?

I had a fun thought that when a ward goes down it could broadcast who damaged it most along with the normal break message.
