Liemannen needs a Bullhorn

Liemannen seems to have misplaced his standard issue CCC Bullhorn and needs to get one ASAP before CCC notices and punishes him. Liemannen promises to pay with a blank IOU note of one (1) service, Bullhorn giver may fill in the service task and date when it is wanted, but it is one use item only. *terms and conditions apply
