Gameplay: Door XP

At the moment, doors are not a viable XP source, and exist only to facilitate grinds. To address this, increase the amount of XP you get from doors. 1/10th of damage dealt, +2 XP for breaking it, 1/5 of door HP repaired for repairing a damaged door, +5 XP for repairing a destroyed door, and +3 XP for completely repairing a door (this incentivizes full repairs, since full-repairing is 33% more XP/AP effecient).

Also make Structural Engineering increase door repair by 5 HP, making it require 7 AP to fully repair a door. No Strength-related bonuses though, because repairing a door doesn't require lugging around a lot of materials.

Also restore the XP from lockpicking to 8. It's already such a useless ability, nerfing it to 5 XP was uncalled for (refer to my earlier suggestion to improve lockpicking so it's not as easily abusable).
