Revenent bat form not flying?

Hi, I tried to attack someone who was flying with a revenant (in bat form using fangs) and got the message that says you cant attack a flying enemy with a hand to hand attack when you're not flying. If this is not a bug please let me know what I'm missing :)

Yeah, it's a bug.

There's a pending fix for this whenever we have the next patch.
