No message about not being a Vassal anymore

Liemannen was Vassal to someone, and while doing the typical good deeds of CCC, apparently the DO went not evil, which made them lose all the vassals, but there was no message about that to the vassals.

This was quite a bear hunt of a bugfix, not least of which because it turns out vassals were getting removed by a completely different set of code than I thought it was.

Still, there's a pending fix! Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
