Lancing Bolt does not trigger Piercing capstone

- You attack Mosqu with your Lancing Bolt spell and hit for 12 points of piercing damage. This attack also negated the Divine Protection status effect and replaced it with the Drained status effect for 10 status ticks. His armor soaked 4 points of damage. You gain 12 XP. (2022-05-14 02:07:21).

- You attack Female Foo Lion, a Male Foo Lion with your Quillfire spell and hit for 21 points of piercing damage. The magic punches through their armor! You gain 10 XP. This was enough to kill them! You gain an additional 15 Experience Points! (2022-05-14 02:03:34).

Looks like the piercing capstone never worked because of contradictory requirements caused by a bug (a less-than carrot existed in code where it should have been greater-than). Lancing Bolt wasn't at fault, the very foundation of the capstone was.

There's a pending fix for this.
