Holy Transfer borked

Holy Transfer doesn't seem to be working. Whenever I try to cast a spell on an ally, nothing happens. The spell doesn't take effect, no ap or mp is charged and no message is broadcast.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. There’s a pending fix in the pipe for the next patch.
