Void Leviathan Hunt - Nov 24

The Freedom Array, The Nexus' bastion of the Unaligned cause, is organizing a raid on the Void Leviathan, the giant beast of chaos and unbeing that roams the emptiness between the islands of Purgatorio! Others have proven it can be killed, and now's your chance to take it down.

When: Friday, November 24th at 2200 game time. That's just about exactly one week from now. We'll be organizing in our public channel and our Discord is at https://discord.gg/UsSWheJKDp. Let us know you're here for the Leviathan fight so we can add you to a pingable group with announcements.

What to expect: The Leviathan might be anywhere in the Void and won't leave the Void. It hits hard with random damage and a random damage type, and at any time it has a random immunity and random soaks. Despite being in Void and requiring Flying to approach, it can be attacked with HTH and Melee attacks. It is vulnerable to Laser weapons, which is one resource we in the Freedom Array have been stockpiling for just such an occasion.

Who we'll need: All the damage dealers we can get. If you're a petmaster your pets won't attack it, but feel free to join and chip damage directly for participation. Someone with Aethersprites would be great for healing Good-aligned raiders, as would healing generally.

How to prepare and how we as your hosts can help: You're going to need solid soaks and a source of healing to survive the Leviathan's attacks, especially when it rolls an unsoakable damage type. As it only travels in the Void, you will need a means of flying to get at it, whether with a skill or a potion. Our stronghold (currently 12,11 Purgatorio) is welcome to visitors for staging, but due to the fixed procgen nature of the Freedom Array, only members of Unaligned factions can pass through our intact ward. Again, we have a quite large stockpile of Laser weapons and ammo (currently in my inventory as Serena Hasheen) and are looking to provide it to people who will use it for the hunt, so once we have a decent number of signups we can work out how to distribute it.

What's the achievement for having defeated the Leviathan/Last Hit/Most damage?

I'd participate on NIkolett, who could then use your laser weapons, but I'm not sure what achievements I have on her related to this and if it's not a waste / better to bring someone else who needs CP.
